Construction set to begin on Avonlough Sewage Pumping Station project 

Belleville municipal staff are advising residents that construction on the Avonlough Sewage Pumping Station project is scheduled to begin on Sept. 1.Work for Contract 1 of the first phase is expected to be completed by the end of 2028.Work will include construction of the new sewage pumping station and installation of twin sanitary forcemains connecting the station to the western limits of Contract 2.As part of the project, work along Bridge Street West between Marshall Road and Palmer Road wil
