Belleville water and wastewater rates on the rise again in 2026 for homeowners

Urban Belleville homeowners will pay more for their combined water and wastewater bills in the new year. City council has agreed to the increase to cover water operations as well wastewater capital costs forecast over Belleville’s 10-year capital plan approved earlier this year.
