One person is facing a long list of charges after a significant seizure of illegal drugs in Quinte West and Belleville. The Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) East Region Community Street Crime Unit and Belleville Police Service Project Renewal began an investigation in April into drug trafficking in the Quinte area.
