“An unusual year” Longtime lake residents discuss ice-out conditions on Baptiste and Mink lakes

Some local residents have been noting its a unique year for the ice going out on their lakes. 
On Tuesday we spoke with Wally McColl, who has been on the south shore of Baptiste Lake for over 80 years.
"The ice was out in the channel, that happens every year before it goes out on the bigger part of the lake" Said McColl, noting: "Its been an unusual year, the ice has mostly re-frozen"
