Second arson attempt reported at N.D.G. restaurant

Arsonists attempted to set fire to the terrace of a Notre-Dame-de-Grâce restaurant early Thursday, Montreal police reported. Police said the incident was reported to them at 2 a.m. and involved an attempt to start a fire on the terrace of the restaurant on Somerled Ave. near Bessborough Ave. Montreal firefighters quickly extinguished the flames and damage to the building was minor.
