Windsor police have identified a Brampton man as the third suspect behind a deliberate fire at an Amherstburg property that has been hit by multiple arsons, according to officials. Sahib Pelia, 20, is wanted for arson in connection with a Jan. 18 fire at a new-build home in the 200 block of Cowan Court in Amherstburg’s Kingsbridge neighbourhood.
