Wildfire east of Princeton grows to 7 hectares

A lightning-caused wildfire by Princeton saw some growth on Tuesday evening.
On Aug. 24, a wildfire was discovered east of Princeton by Red Creek around 3 p.m., with smoke visible in the surrounding area.
The blaze has grown to seven hectares in size, stated BC Wildfire Service (BCWS) in the latest update, which came at 8:37 p.m. on Tuesday.
