Welcome Day event in Abbotsford celebrates newcomers

Residents and newcomers from across Abbotsford gathered on Sept. 14 to celebrate the community’s diversity and inclusion at the fourth annual Welcome Day celebration.
The event was hosted at Matsqui Centennial Auditorium by Archway Community Services in partnership with the City of Abbotsford.
The event brought together community members, service providers and local leaders to recognize the contributions of newcomers and foster a greater sense of belonging for all.
