Lightning-caused blaze discovered southeast of Princeton
A wildfire was found southeast of Princeton on Monday night, Aug. 24.
As of Tuesday morning, the blaze is 0.3 hectares in size and out on control. BC Wildfire Service (BCWS) has listed the location as Agate Mountain.
The blaze is suspected to be lightning-caused.
In addition, two out of control wildfires northwest of Princeton, by Tulameen, have not been updated since Sunday. The northern most one remains 3.89 hectares in size while the blaze southeast of it remains 12.17.
