Cherished cedar hat goes missing during wildfire evacuee’s hotel move in Chilliwack
A woman who came to Chilliwack after being evacuated from her hometown due to wildfires has lost a beloved cedar had she had made in memory of her late mother.
Carol Sankey was evacuated on July 5 from her home in Boothroyd and was sent to stay at the Coast Hotel in Chilliwack, in room 308.
