Alberta man sentenced to life in prison for killing Chilliwack man in 2018

An Alberta man who killed a man in Chilliwack in 2018 has been sentenced to life in prison.
Harry Christensen pled guilty to second-degree murder on March 26, 2025, for killing 27-year-old Kyle Cromarty.
The B.C. Prosecution Service confirmed with The Progress that Christensen was sentenced on Nov. 25, the day of his sentencing hearing in a Chilliwack courtroom. He will ineligible for parole for 13.5 years. The court also imposed a DNA order, a mandatory lifetime firearms prohibition, and a fire
