Canada Election: Ex-prime minister Stephen Harper to introduce Poilievre at Alberta rally

Conservative Leader Pierre Poilievre is meeting supporters in Edmonton at 7:30 p.m. MT. Liberal Leader Mark Carney will hold his own rally in Richmond, B.C., an hour later.
