Dylan Cease will be first Blue Jays pitcher to start MLB all-star game since 2009

Cristopher Sanchez of the Philadelphia Phillies will start Tuesday's MLB all-star game at 8 p.m. ET in his home ballpark, taking the mound for the National League against Dylan Cease of the American League's Toronto Blue Jays.
