Lawyers return to Federal Court in latest Ben Roberts-Smith legal saga

Lawyers representing former SAS soldier and former Seven executive Ben Roberts-Smith returned to the Federal Court this week in a bid to reopen his appeal on the grounds of a miscarriage of justice.
