With the sad passing of Julian McMahon last week today I’ve turned back to The Power, The Passion.
Seven boldly commissioned a daytime soap in 1989 – the first local daytime soap produced in 20 years for Seven. It was part of a wider plot during the Christopeher Skase era to unseat Ray Martin on Nine, joined by The Bert Newton Show which screened before it.
