Breaking: Government projected to badly miss 2035 climate target, fall shy of 2030

The Climate Change Authority projects Australia is expected to fall well short of its commitment to cut emissions by 62 to 70 per cent by 2035 — though the minister notes that is before accounting for a number of recent commitments.
