Telstra sends more than 55,000 messages in satellite to mobile testing

Telstra has sent more than 55,000 messages during the testing phase of its satellite to mobile messaging service which will be available to customers in the coming months.
Telstra has partnered with SpaceX’s Starlink to harness its network of low earth orbit satellites as a way of enabling connectivity so mobile customers can send and receive messages across the vast Australian continent.While Telstra says it has coverage to 99 per cent of the population that means where people live.
