Apple bumps monthly AppleCare+ for iPad, Mac by 50 cents

Apple has marginally increased the cost of its individual AppleCare+ subscription, costing consumers an extra 50 cents per month to protect their Mac or iPad.

Just like any other subscription, warranty and repair services often go up in price over time. On July 15, Apple did just that to AppleCare+.The price for the monthly AppleCare+ packages increased by 50 cents per month, or $5 per year for the annual plan, reports Bloomberg.
