Joe Musgrove goes on IL with right elbow inflammation

Joe Musgrove though could be a different story. The Padres placed him on the IL today with right elbow inflammation.
Not all good news happening for Padres.
Joe Musgrove (right elbow inflammation) has been placed on the 15-day IL. Said to be a "precationary" move. The issue is triceps tendonitis.
