Scottie Scheffler, the world's No. 1 golfer, arrested by LMPD outside PGA Championship 2024

The world's No. 1 golfer Scott Scheffler was released from Louisville Metro Corrections at 8:40 a.m. following a traffic incident and driven back to the course by Valhalla Golf Club co-owner Jimmy Kirchdorfer on Friday morning, according to media reports. He was released in time to play and is near the top of the leaderboard Friday.
