Denver developer plans $20 million in Wichita low-income housing downtown

At Tuesday's Wichita City Council meeting, an LLC tied to the project will request a letter of intent for the city to issue up to $21 million in industrial revenue bonds to help finance the project's construction costs. The building is located two blocks north of the Wichita Biomedical Campus site.
