Fremont police seek chain-snatch robbery suspects, hope images can help case

Police distributed images Thursday from one of a half-dozen recent chain-snatch robberies in hopes the public can help identify suspects. Concern over some of the robberies involving violence that injured victims was a factor in the decision, and authorities hope residents and visitors will raise their situational awareness.
