FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WANE) -- Neighbors arrived in uproar at the City Planning Commission public hearing Monday night, with hopes to put an end to development off St. Joe Road.
Monday night, many residents of the neighborhood next to the proposed development, located in the 7400 block of St. Joe Road, gathered to speak on the issues they had with the proposed development.
