ARCADE, N.Y. (WIVB) -- According to The Wyoming County Sheriff's Office, a 58-year-old woman was accidentally run over in the Town of Arcade Monday morning.Authorities said that while a disabled vehicle was being towed with a tow rope on East Arcade Road, the disabled vehicle accidentally ran over the woman on private property."Initial findings indicate the female was assisting in moving the disabled vehicle, while a family
