Springville man pleads guilty to manslaughter in road rage incident

BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) - A Springville man pleaded guilty to a manslaughter charge in connection to a road rage incident in East Concord last year, the Erie County District Attorney's Office said Monday.On Nov. 29, 39-year-old Mario Garcia was involved in a road rage encounter with another driver, 64-year-old Andrew Mikula, of Lancaster, while driving on Route 240.
