Potential new drug for menopause shows promise, study shows

In clinical trials, a new drug showed promising results in controlling hot flashes associated with menopause and in improving sleep and overall quality of life. Some who took part in trials of the drug reported life-changing results. NBC News' Anne Thompson reports.
