Sainz: Ferrari upgrades were overhyped

Carlos Sainz says Ferrari's Imola upgrades were "overhyped" by the media after he and team-mate Charles Leclerc were outpaced by Red Bull and McLaren in Emilia Romagna Grand Prix Qualifying.
