In January-February 2016, the port of Vysotsk handled 2,257,200 t of cargo, down 10%, year-on-year, says Baltic Sea Ports Administration. Transshipment of oil products fell by 22% to 1.39 mln t, transshipment of coal and coke climbed by 20% to 865,500 t.
