Two more established farmers markets set to open in May in Chilliwack

CHILLIWACK — In addition to three existing farmers markets north of Highway 1 in Chilliwack, two more established farmers markets are set to open for the 2024 season in May, including one that appears to be entering its 14th season in Sardis.
Founded in 2011, the Artisan & Farm Market at Sardis Park, as it is formally known, opens Wednesday night, May 1 from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. at Sardis Park east of Vedder Road. They’re going to have three food trucks, including Ma Baker’s, C
