Australia joins other democracies in letter urging Israel to comply with humanitarian law in Gaza

More than a dozen countries, including all the members of the Group of Seven (G7) major democracies apart from the United States, have signed the letter, which also says they are opposed to a full-scale Israeli military operation in Rafah.
